The property is near the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Piazza Navona (about a 15-18 minute walk). It is very well maintained and even if you opt out of breakfast, they provide espresso pods and tea in the room, and some cookies. They also provide sparkling and regular water in the fridge. You can then freely refill these at the bubbler near the reception desk. This is a wonderful bed and breakfast in a quiet residential neighborhood especially with the amazing rates they have!

4-day stay without any issues. The manager Roberto and the cleaning lady are very cooperative. The location of the building is convenient for walking around the more central areas and nearby, there is everything you might need.

The structure is in an excellent location, close to the subway stop, the room is clean and quiet. The bed and breakfast overlooks the internal courtyard, so it is away from external noise. I appreciated the availability of always having a water dispenser, coffee machine, tea, and snacks in the room. The owner and the collaborator are very kind.

Excellent comfortable and spacious accommodation in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from the Vatican and the Lepanto metro. Located in a beautiful elegant setting, I stayed in a very clean single room, with all the services and even extra: coffee machine in the room and water dispenser on arrival. Everything perfect, including the welcome and assistance.

Clean, cozy, and spacious room. Everything was well maintained and clean, with a very comfortable mattress. Super cozy room. Extremely quiet location, inside a courtyard that didn't allow any external noise to come through. We were super satisfied.

Located 10 minutes from St. Peter's and 5 minutes from the metro stop. The neighborhood is a famous shopping street where you can find mini markets, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants.

Clean and very comfortable accommodation, helpful and precise manager, impeccable cleanliness. Only downside: breakfast is served in a bar outside the property. The bar is well-stocked and just a few meters away but personally when I choose a bed and breakfast I do it to have breakfast at arm's length from the bed, I don't like going out in the morning (my personal habit). Nothing else to criticize, recommended!

B&B located in a strategic position, you can reach on foot St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps. In short, everything is within reach. The custodian Stefano is extremely kind, inclined to give excellent advice on how to move and where to eat. The breakfast at Bar Portofino, which is right in front, is exquisite and varied. Excellent cleanliness, upon arrival I found the mini fridge, stocked with fresh water and tea and coffee pods available. Definitely a place to return to and especially highly recommended.

I stayed at the property for 10 days and I had a great time. It is located in a very elegant building, the owner is very kind and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, very clean, with daily change of towels. Breakfast in my case was at a bar in the adjacent square, just a few steps away, a very elegant and high-quality coffee bar. Furthermore, the property is located in the Prati district which is very beautiful, central and well served by the Metro. Certainly, for my next stay in Rome, I will turn again to the B&B Cola di Rienzo Suite.
