Clean and secure with helpful communication from the friendly host. Coffee available, fridge and a sit-down table. Comfy bed and good hot water. Walking distance to Vatican and into the main tourist lot of Rome.

The host is extremely gracious, we felt welcome. The place is quiet, cool, and very clean: a real refuge during very hot summer days. Vicinity to suburban train and one short bus ride away from Metro makes it also convenient. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

The owner was really welcoming and always super helpful for all our needs, she helped us with kindness and attention in everything. The structure is clean, well-kept, and located in a convenient and quiet area, perfect for moving around easily.
