Clean and secure with helpful communication from the friendly host. Coffee available, fridge and a sit-down table. Comfy bed and good hot water. Walking distance to Vatican and into the main tourist lot of Rome.

The host is extremely gracious, we felt welcome. The place is quiet, cool, and very clean: a real refuge during very hot summer days. Vicinity to suburban train and one short bus ride away from Metro makes it also convenient. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment exceeded expectations: very nice, equipped with everything one might need, recently renovated, and in a convenient and quiet location. Above all, thanks to Annarita for her exquisite kindness and hospitality. She really went out of her way to make our weekend perfect in Rome.

Annarita the owner is very kind and helpful. From the very beginning, she made sure to welcome us warmly and to settle us into the room. Great value for money: we found the room very clean and fragrant, renovated with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The establishment is very quiet and everyone can have their own privacy. Annarita made our experience unforgettable!

I stayed at this B&B and can only leave a more than positive review. The owner was really welcoming and always super helpful for all our needs, she helped us with kindness and attention in everything. The structure is clean, well-kept, and located in a convenient and quiet area, perfect for moving around easily. It was a very pleasant stay also thanks to the warm welcome and the help received, which really made a difference. Highly recommended!
