The actual room was significantly smaller than depicted in the photos. Having reserved a double room, I expected a double-sized bed. However, the room featured two single beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable dip in the middle, which made sleeping difficult. The bathroom was highly inconvenient. The water pressure was low, several fixtures were damaged, and rust was visible in multiple areas. The showerhead could not be secured in place, nor could its height be adjusted. The shower space was so cramped that I could barely move my arms. Additionally, there was a persistent sour odor in the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. The window was old, the room was not soundproof, and the curtains allowed too much light in. I was awakened as soon as the sun rose. It would have been preferable if the curtains were double-layered to block the sunlight completely, though I understand this may be a matter of personal preference. Although the property is listed as 3 stars on Google, I found it difficult to understand how it earned such a rating. I had booked and paid in full for a two-night stay, but after just one night, I decided to leave and booked another accommodation elsewhere. The new accommodation, although rated 2 stars, was far superior to this one.

In general everything was fine, easy to find, nice place, clean and equipped. Wasn't met personally by the owners however all the message instructions for entry into the B&B were very precise. I had a single room with a double bed, however the two single mattresses didn't make for maximum comfort and although I'm not Italian, I have lived in Italy for many years, not having a bidet was an inconvenience. I used this structure to go to a concert nearby and felt safe walking back and forth to the venue alone. Overall price, location and service satisfactory for a one night stay.

We stayed for two nights during the New Year period. Prati is a very quiet neighborhood. The B&B is in a great location (max 10 min walk to Ottaviano metro stop and 1 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to Piazza Navona/Palazzo Madama); excellent communication with the host, always available and attentive; Cozy room and functional bathroom in the room.

The property is in a strategic location to reach the center, thanks to the presence of various ATAC bus stops in the area and the proximity of Ottaviano metro station. The area is very quiet and offers the presence of shops, pizzerias, and bars all within a few meters. The staff was kind and helpful. Available and kind, excellent location, everything you need in the room but unfortunately it all becomes useless in the face of very poor cleanliness, especially when you pay so much. Dust accumulated everywhere, evident that it had been there for a long time, a quick glance was enough to realize the dirt, even the tables, tablecloths, and breakfast cutlery not clean at all. Too bad, it would be a nice structure.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a tiny bathroom and the sink in the room, with the promise of being moved the next day to a larger room. The day after, instead of going to the room assigned to me, I was moved to a room on the lower floor where there was a strong sewage smell, much lower than my booking. Long live the spirit of adaptation!

Grazie per la sua visita e la sua recensione, purtroppo per la colazione in questo momento, causa covid è il massimo che si può offrire, nonostante tutto offriamo cappuccino tutti i tipi di the, caffe espresso, caffe americano, spremuta di arancio fresco, yougurt, cornetti, ciambellone,crostate, frutta fresca, poi se lei prende solo acqua calda e limone, certo che molte cose non le ha potuto apprezzare. Grazie e alla prossima volta, anche se da una esigente come lei, mi sarei aspettato un ringraziamento per il check-in alle 6.50 del mattino (invece del normale orario delle 11.00,e un check - out ritardato alle 12.30 invece del normale orario delle 11.00. Grazie.

Recently renovated structure already shows walls with streaks and dirt lines on the walls. The floor of the room and the bathroom had pubic hairs and hairs from other people. I was not very happy with the room, but considering it was a business trip, a more accurate action and the use of a vacuum cleaner would have been necessary to solve the problem. On the other hand, I must give heartfelt compliments to the manager for the welcome and for the abundant breakfast accompanied by his friendliness. I will gladly return. Amica Roma Guest House.

The structure is very convenient for the metro and Saint Peter's Square, clean, tidy, and with really refined little touches.
