Handy for metro and Vatican. Spotlessly clean and very good bedrooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, no kitchen or even basic facilities to prepare drinks or food. If there were it would be a 10. Breakfast provided in nearby cafe basic. \nManager friendly until, for very good reasons, we forgot to leave keys. This is not unusual in hotels and we posted them asap, but he seemed more displeased than one might expect.

Thank you for the review. Before booking in a b&b you have to read what the establishment offers, in our case it is stated that breakfast is not served. It is also written that in the rooms there are no products for preparing breakfast and drinks. In Italy there are rules and we respect them. For the keys the problem was serious, as it is not a hotel as you keep writing but a b&b, and it caused us problems with the next check in. Matteo

The Host Matteo is amazingly welcoming. Room and bathroom are simply spotless! There are many bars nearby where you can enjoy a proper Italian breakfast (Roman and Sicilian)... Just 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums. Well... I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The place is convenient for visiting the city and close to the subway. The availability of Matteo and Luciana then makes the difference, you enter as customers and you leave as friends 👍.

Great location, very close to the metro. The stay was pleasant, the manager was very kind and helpful, the room nice and clean. I gladly recommend staying at Ad Maiora.

B&B located inside a palace in the area behind the Vatican. The room is clean and quite spacious. The manager and his mother are very attentive to the guests' needs and caring in ensuring that everything goes smoothly. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes' walk from the Cipro metro station on line A, which connects directly to the main monuments. There is no breakfast service due to Covid, but you can easily make up for it with the bars around. If I have to point out a flaw, it is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which leads to hearing perfectly the conversations of other guests and those who live in the adjacent apartments in the same building. In general, a suitable solution to experience Rome at its best.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per il ponte del 25 aprile 2019. Ottima esperienza; zona comoda alla stazione del metrò e poco lontana dai musei Vaticani; proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni consiglio. Camere moderne, pulite, ben arredate; colazione varia e con brioche fresche. Il Signor Matteo ci ha consigliato dei buoni locali, nelle vicinanze, dove cenare. Sicuramente da scegliere.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso il B&B Ad Maiora e non posso fare altro che confermare quanto espresso sopra a riguardo all'ospitalità, struttura, pulizia, simpatia, disponibilità e professionalità dei gestori. La sua dislocazione a pochi passi dalla metro e dai musei Vaticani, la vicinanza di molti ristoranti presso i quali mangiare, la tranquillità della zona mi faranno ricordare con nostalgia i giorni passati nella Città eterna. Da consigliare e spero di poterci tornare.

Struttura a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Cipro, pulitissima e accogliente. La stanza spaziosa pulita con bagno in camera. Wi-fi gratuito. I proprietari splendide persone, simpatiche e accoglienti con cui è stato un piacere dialogare durante la ricca e buona colazione ottimo direi se dovessi ripassare da Roma saprei sicuramente dove alloggiare.
