This suite is acceptable for the price paid. It is absolutely not romantic; there are only LED lights, a sober painting, and that's it. The rooms are very noisy: you hear everything. You hear all the voices coming from all the rooms and what they are saying. Also, the shower curtain was moldy. \n\nBut, all in all, we enjoyed our stay. The price-quality ratio is good. The location is good: you are 3 minutes away from Metro line A. Within 30-40 minutes, you can be in the city center.

I recommend Acanto Room Suite, as an affordable option for staying in Rome. It is right near the Metro and only 20 minutes from the center on Metro line A. The air conditioning was excellent and a lifesaver as it was 30 degrees Celsius every day in the week I was there (night-time minimum temperatures were 23-24 degrees). Staying out of the center gives you the experience of living more like the locals do and the price of restaurants in the area is much lower than in the center. The restaurant next door (Atipika) is excellent and I had some of the best food of my stay in Rome there. There are other good food options in the area as well.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room. Overall the property is not of the highest standard, but we were not expecting luxuries, so no major disappointment. However, the leaking sink should be fixed and the carpets cleaned better. The host was helpful, informative, and very responsive online. As he pointed out, it's better to speak to him and try to solve any problems with him first. We did it and he delivered. During check-in, he introduced additional stamp/service fees that were not included during online booking, but after some discussion, he offered to pay it himself, which we ultimately did not take advantage of. I think the price could be lower, but it was still much cheaper than places in the center. And the location, although far from the center, was near the metro, which I think is the biggest advantage of Acanto. Overall I would recommend it.

Recently we visited Rome for a few days. After researching many days for a good accommodation, I came across the Acanto Room Suite. It charmed me with its pictures, so I booked a room. I exchanged a few messages with the owner of the place, Simone, and from the beginning he proved to be a caring and attentive host. On the arrival day, Simone was waiting for us at the location despite that our flight was delayed more than an hour. He showed us the pretty room and I was pleased to notice that it looks the same as the one I saw on the internet. The room was clean, tidy, and very nicely staged for guests. The bathroom was a little small, but it satisfied our needs for a few days of vacation. The room's walls were a little too thin, so we had some nuisance during nighttime from some of our neighbors who didn't respect the quiet hours. Simone was very kind and gave us all the details about the place and also a map, indicating how we can reach the major attractions in Rome. Also, he gave us some tips on where we can eat well in the neighborhood. Acanto Room Suite is located in a quiet area, there are many shops, restaurants, bars in the neighborhood. The most important thing is that the metro is only 2-3 minutes away, so tourists can reach any destination in a short amount of time. A metro/bus ticket costs 1.50 Euro and is available for 100 minutes. I am glad that I found Acanto Room Suite, I will consider it again for a potential future trip to Rome. Thank you, Simone!

Absolutely superb accommodation and very careful service by Simone. The building is located in the calm area near the metro station, so it's easy to get to the downtown. In a very close area, there is also a park with an aqueduct. Excellent price/quality ratio, so we can highly recommend.

The value for money is good. Very good location, close to the metro. To make a point, they are very strict about the cleaning time for the room, if you haven't left before 10.00, they won't clean it. But it's also true that they inform you about this circumstance. One negative thing is that we requested a taxi to pick us up from the airport through the establishment, after more than half an hour, we had to take a taxi on our own. Of course, it's not the establishment's fault, but it's important to know so it doesn't happen again.

The 'Acanto Room Suite' is in a good location. Close to the Subway station. Quiet neighborhood. Egr. Ospite, credo che lei abbia confuso l'albergo con il B&B e le argomento motivando la mia risposta, ma comunque la ringrazio per averci scelto anche se non ha gradito. - Partiamo dal prezzo 3. Aver speso 35 euro a persona è troppo? Siamo a Roma, in una zona fornita da ogni servizio e a 15/20 minuti dal centro (lo confermano gli altri clienti). Però ha scelto e selezionato la camera "economy standard" poteva selezionare le altre camere, costavano solo qualche euro in più (troppo!) - Gestore 4. A meno che non sia venuto mio fratello, ma giuro sono figlio unico, mantengo sempre un rapporto disponibile e confidenziale (e anche qui lo confermano gli altri clienti) - Struttura 4. Il bagno è piccolo ma è quanto richiesto dalle normative completo di ogni sanitario, non si aspettava di trovare le comodità del suo bagno di casa? e ahimè i balconi sono in comune con più camere, eh già credo proprio che l'hotel sia più consono alle sue future vacanze, perchè la definizione di B&B prevede che sia un appartamento e ringrazi che il bagno lo aveva in camera avrebbe rischiato di trovarlo in comune. - il parcheggio che difficoltà!! 10 euro egregio ospite, custodito e coperto, troppi? Siamo a Roma, e in zona dove in strada non lo paga ma lei si è lamentato anche di questo. Pensi che in centro paga oltre 1 euro l'ora... ma i costi delle camere sfiorano i 75 euro a persona contro i 35 pagati da lei.... - la pulizia 4 ho preferito lasciarla alla fine. Credo che bastino le risposte degli altri ospiti per giustificare la ragazza delle pulizie, ma in questo caso se me lo avesse fatto notare magari a voce le avrei anche saputo rispondere. In questo caso mi rendo conto che a chiederle "troppo" sono stato io, me ne scuso Detto questo, mi scuso per aver aspettato a risponderle, perchè mi creda a volte è difficile anche rispondere a certe recensioni. I stayed for business with a small group of colleagues and we all had a great time. The facility guaranteed us beautiful, modern, and well-kept rooms. The bathroom, in the room, is modern and functional. Cleaning absolutely impeccable. The structure is located in a building with an elevator. Perfect location, area with no shortage of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The metro station A "Giulio Agricola" is just a three-minute walk from the property and in just 15 minutes by metro, you can reach Termini Station. Simone, the host, was immediately courteous and available to accommodate our requests. Payment options include cash, cards, or bank transfer. Invoice requested and obtained without any difficulty. Absolutely recommended.

I was looking for a room just to spend one night, so I didn't have high expectations. The only negative point I feel the need to highlight is the cleanliness: there were several hairs on the floor, in the shower, and the sheets were stained. Since I only had to sleep for 8 hours, I didn't even want to report it because I would have wasted time for any further cleaning or sheet change. The manager was kind and friendly. Payment was in cash (or with a surcharge if done with a card), and a receipt should be requested.

Payment with card was not expected, even though we knew in advance. We had asked for explanations and the lady told us that she did not know how to use electronic services. Let's say that was not a valid response. The expected cost was 83€ + 3.50€ per person for the tourist tax and 8€ for cleaning, so 98€. In the end, we paid 100€, without a receipt of course. However, the room was large and clean.

The structure is located in a pleasant residential area, near the beautiful Appio Claudio park. It is also close to Via Tuscolana, a rich street with shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Excellent proximity to Metro A, which easily connects with the rest of the city. There are no parking problems for those with a car, you can park for free where you find a spot. Excellent welcome and availability from the manager. Breakfast is not included in the price, it is purchased separately and served in a nearby bar. I feel I can recommend this B&B and if the opportunity arises, I will return. The only aspect for me to improve is to allow payment by debit card. Payment is in cash.

Riguardo il pagamento scriviamo sempre a tutti che all'arrivo ai paga in contanti per pagamento con le carte di credito solo attraverso un link prima di arrivare perché non viene accreditato nell'immediato. Purtroppo non abbiamo convenzione ne con America Express ne con Bancomat ma non dipende da noi ma dalle banche che stipulano le convenzioni. L'aspettiamo cercando di essere migliorati

The structure is truly excellent. Extremely clean, cozy, and quiet rooms. Moreover, the location is strategic, in a quiet street very close to the metro and with every type of service at hand. In my case, I opted for the rate without breakfast, but I would say that in any case, the value for money is unbeatable. The manager was very kind and very helpful, I was even offered a room upgrade (from a standard room to a deluxe) completely free of charge. I couldn't have asked for more, if I were to come back to the area, I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Purtroppo non possiamo piacere a tutti, lo dico sempre. Quando accolgo un cliente dico sempre che se qualcosa non funziona è bene farlo sapere durante il soggiorno e non sfogandosi con una recensione a posteriori, - il rubinetto della doccia perde per circa 1 minuto in tutte le doccie, si chiama sgocciolamento, ed è naturale se me lo avesse chiesto magari glielo avrei spiegato da vicino il funzionamento - il bagnoschiuma di scarsa qualità? sulla base di quale test o in confronto a cosa? I nostri prodotti sono tutti di alta qualità e vengono forniti negli appositi dispenser (per avere attenzione nello spreco di plastica e di prodotto) se mi avesse chiesto, le avrei fatto vedere di persona la "marca", e sono certo che si sarebbe ricreduto in maniera sorprendente - strati di polvere delle superfici poco visibili, ahimè mi dispiace egr. Cliente se ce lo avesse fatto notare avrei detto al personale di pulizia di approfondire la cura della pulizia anche sulle superifici "poco visibili". Mi viene però un dubbio, lei è stato più di un giorno in camera e non ha chiesto mai la pulizia della stanza? E' questo il motivo per il quale si è formata la polvere? Se davvero come asserisce è scarsa la pulizia, perchè non ci ha fatto entrare? Mi creda, per noi questo è un lavoro e come tanti clienti siamo apprezzati per gli sforzi che facciamo ogni giorno, dalla pulizia ai proditti alla manutenzione generale, però mi capita anche a me di viaggiare e di andare in vacanza, e quando lo faccio mi vado a divertire mi gusto l'aria fresca di una nuova città e cerco di essere cordiale con chi mi ospita, ci provi anche lei alla sua prossima vacanza vedrà che tornerà a casa più soddisfatto.

Simply fantastic! Our stay in Rome started with the delightful welcome from Simone, who not only guided us with his directions to a very convenient parking lot 40 meters from the property, but also thought of refreshing the room by turning on the air conditioner before our arrival (much appreciated gesture). He provided us with maps and tips to move around the Metro and the city streets effectively. The meticulous cleaning of the room, despite our mess, is truly priceless. Moreover, the location of the property is extremely convenient and offers the opportunity to visit a neighborhood (area) like Tuscolana, full of little shops, bars, and restaurants. Dear Simone, thank you for everything and I hope to soon book our next stay with you! Can you believe we just left and we're already thinking of coming back. Ciaooo Roma!

A structure that stands out for the comfort and well-being of the customer. The management not only ensures all services (and even more) to meet the needs of guests, but, as in my case, also makes itself available in special moments by doing more than necessary. First of all, they did not accept payment by POS (the obligation dating back to 2012 also applies to those managing a b&b). Furthermore, it did not include cleaning due to the emergency situation (I always traveled even during these two years of emergency phase and in all the b&b/hotels I have visited, I had daily cleaning). The change of sheets was scheduled EVERY 5 DAYS (I stayed less than 5 days so they did not change the sheets). We obviously pointed out the complete lack of daily room cleaning, but they told us that they could not let the maid into the room precisely because of covid (never heard of such a thing). Furthermore, the fridge in the room was not working, but this time too they shrugged it off. Not only was it difficult to find someone to talk to, but those rare times we found someone, they couldn't even solve our problems. Bad experience. Not recommended.

Egregia Denise, avrei davvero piacere, molto, a poterla conoscere visto che lei ha prenotato, scrive e parla a nome di terze persone le quali hanno avuto da ridire da subito dopo aver varcato la porta di ingresso, e che si sono lamentate in ogni occasione. Si vero non siamo presenti H24 ma non siamo un Hotel e non avete pagato cifre da Hotel per pretendere una persona a vostra totale disposizione, ma da come Lei stessa scrive "...abbiamo fatto notare, ...non è stato possibile pagare, ...ci hanno detto, ...se ne sono usciti con alzata di spalle" evidentemente il personale c'è e c'è stato altrimenti con chi parlavano? o chi alzava le spalle? i fantasmi? Ad ogni modo, pur non essendo stata Lei presente e riferendo cose di "persone" che hanno avuto modo di raccontare, essendosi solo lamentate le rispondo a quanto da Lei detto: 1. partiamo dal POS, il pagamento con la carta se non funziona un collegamento non è possibile farlo (questo dal 2012 ad oggi... anche al supermercato), nonostante questo abbiamo la possibilità di pagamento con la carta on-line ma se le persone non sanno come fare "non è colpa nostra"; 2. la pulizia viene svolta ogni giorno per chi resta, se e solo se i clienti lasciano le camere prima delle ore 9.00 proprio per il covid perchè vanno arieggiate le stanze (e infatti l'unico giorno che hanno lasciato la camera "lamentandosi" prima delle 9.00 il servizio è stato fatto) alla salute ci teniamo, non solo degli ospiti ma anche di chi lavora. 3. il frigo in ogni camera è presente come anche la TV, il phone e l'aria condizionata, ma va acceso, proprio come ogni attrezzatura elettrica, se lo avessero realmente domandato non avremmo fatto un'alzata di spalle. 4. il personale non si "becca" lo si chiama eventualmente al telefono se non è presente, il telefono è scritto in ogni camera... ma a quanto pare se non lo avete "beccato" lo avete trovato per il pos, per il frigo, per le pulizie... peccato che non siamo riusciti a far calmare le lamentele. L'esperienza è stata pessima e non ho motivo di dubitare, io fossi stato in lei avrei chiamato 0664780023 perchè fare il leone da tastiera è facile. Ma noi siamo qui e continuiamo ad accogliere clienti che vengono in vacanza per rilassarsi e non per lamentarsi, mi dispiace che ci saranno altri colleghi che prima o poi si ritroveranno una coppia che sa solo lamentarsi. Excellent strategic support point for getting around a big city like Rome. All services within reach. La camera dista circa 150 metri dalla metto GIULIO AGRICOLA, in una buona posizione tranquilla. A circa 20 minuti di metro dalle principali stazioni di Roma. La camera (la deluxe) è confortevole, il bagno un pò piccolo ma comunque ottimo. La pulizia è ottima. Il titolare una persona ottima davvero che ti da molte spiegazioni su come girare Roma e a chi e a cosa stare attenti. Consigli anche un ottimo ristorante situato proprio affianco della struttura. Sicuramente La prossima volta che torno a Roma torno in questa struttura. Ottima veramente.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per due notti e tre giorni complessivi. Dall'arrivo del mio pernottamento, l'accoglienza da parte di Simone, mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio, disponibile in qualsiasi richiesta e spiegazione che gli veniva proposta. Una struttura davvero molto bella, curata nel minimo dettaglio. Fornita di camere davvero belle e confortevoli, letto molto comodo, ma le cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più sono state il balcone, essendo io fumatrice e, con tanto di posacenere e la doccia spaziosa, perché le docce piccole strette e scomode le odio! Arredata con uno stile moderno colorato e molto gradevole! Il gestore "Simone" davvero simpatico e cordiale, ci ha accolti senza farci sentire in soggezione trattandoci come se ci conoscessimo da anni. Ben organizzato e posto strategico per chi vuole muoversi a piedi usufruendo della linea A della metro per andare in centro. Colazione buona, personale molto gentile e accomodante! Ho soggiornato nella struttura dal 29 dicembre 2016 al 3 gennaio 2017 in camera economica. Il soggiorno è stato gradevolissimo grazie alla gentilezza del personale. La camera era pulitissima e la posizione strategica, vicina a metro, supermercati, e negozi di abbigliamento. Accoglienza e soprattutto informazioni sulla zona da parte del gestore. Camere come nelle fotografie, grande e soprattutto pulita! Zona ricca di servizi bar e banche e ristoranti. Ideale per fare shopping soprattutto per i saldi, WiFi eccezionale. Vicino alla fermata della metropolitica si arriva facilmente in centro. Torneremo volentieri e lo consiglio sicuramente.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati ospiti presso l'Acanto durante una visita turistica nella Capitale. Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è graziosa e molto pulita, il personale gentilissimo e la collocazione assolutamente strategica, a pochi passi dalla metro e in una zona ideale per lo shopping. Anche il costo del soggiorno è stato decisamente vantaggioso considerando strutture concorrenti in zona. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, belle camere luminose e arredate con gusto, situato in zona ottimale, in bel Palazzo, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro, ad un passo dalla metro. Le camere sono calde e accoglienti, dotate di ogni comfort, un caldo rifugio comodo e confortevole. Un posticino niente male, curato nei minimi dettagli sia nelle camere che nei luoghi comuni, il referente è una persona fantastica, una persona che mette la propria disponibilità, gentilezza al servizio del cliente. Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici si può tranquillamente raggiungere il centro città evitando il caos del traffico. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo/comodità è veramente ottimo, suggerirei questo posto a molte persone. Beh rimane solo da dire Andate e ne rimarrete soddisfatti. Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura e come da informazioni pubbliche abbiamo trovato quanto descritto. La metropolitana di Roma con fermata Giulio Agricola è a 50 metri ed il quartiere è molto trafficato in quanto via Tuscolana è sede di negozi di commercio sia fissi che a cielo aperto. La gentilezza del responsabile, Simone, mette in tranquillità l'ospite che può approfittare delle svariate proposte di soggiorno offerte dalla struttura oltre eventuali risoluzioni di problematiche ad essa legate. Essendo una tipologia diversa dall'albergo, non si può pretendere di avere una concierge sempre presente, ma di contro si avrà una privacy assoluta con disponibilità delle chiavi necessarie a potere accedere dal palazzo all'appartamento ed alla camera come se si fosse in una abitazione propria. Da ultimo e non per ultimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo che non è trascurabile rispetto a proposte alberghiere di pernottamento in Roma che per i servizi offerti/ricevuti sono alla pari della struttura Acanto ed in alcune circostanze anche inferiori alla stessa; Per opportuna conoscenza non è possibile fumare nelle stanze; comunque alcune di queste permettono di accedere fuori per approfittare del "vizio".. Frigo bar disponibile a prezzi "accessibilissimi" per chi vorrà concedersi una bevanda fredda.

Il posto è gradevolissimo, mobili e letto nuovi ed anche il bagno è moderno la zona è piena di negozi per tutti i tipi di shopping, ci sono ristoranti e bar aperti fino a tardi. I gestori sono accoglienti, cordiali e pronti a dare qualsiasi informazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Che dire, tutto perfetto! Locale pulito, le camere in perfetto stato e sempre profumate. La zona è perfetta per fare shopping e perfettamente raggiungibile con bus e metro che si trovano neppure a 100 mt. Supermercati, pizzerie e bar proprio accanto al portone. Gestore super disponibile, educato e cordiale. Ritornerò certamente, visto anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!
