Bread, toast, butter, jam, chocolate spread, biscuits, snacks, cereals, cocoa puffed rice, orange juice, water, fruit, yogurt, sandwiches with cold cuts and cheese, espresso coffee, macchiato coffee, barley coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate. During the beautiful and hot summer days, you can enjoy our breakfast in the air-conditioned room or in the garden under a cool pergola.

Very close to a nice beach. Not too far from Rimini station and easily accessible by public transport. Felt like a nice family-run business, no five-star hotel, but a lovely accommodation nonetheless.

Das Bad war sehr klein und eng aber für 3 Nächte verkraftbar. Sonst sehr nette Betreiber, sehr sauber und günstig, gerne bald wieder.

It is a B&B suitable for a cheap stopover. The quality/price ratio is optimal, as well as the location. One point to note: the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but you have to request it and pay for it separately, which frankly could be avoided. The same goes for breakfast which is available but at an additional cost. The owners are kind and helpful. Nearby, it is always possible to find parking for your car.

The room was a bit dated and small. The double bed was two joined single beds, the very small bathroom not very clean. It was not possible to take a shower because it was non-existent and there was no space, towels too worn out and rough and the bathroom window wouldn't close. Breakfast was average, I expected more food. Welcoming, helpful and kind staff.

Perfect solution for a short vacation. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Varied and delicious breakfast (especially the brioches that I am fond of) and The bathroom is suitable for a temporary solution but the shower is its strong point. Never take for granted that a B&B has these two qualities because my daughter, staying in another structure, had neither! A stone's throw from the sea and in a pleasant and easily accessible location. To be taken into consideration and recommended.

Camera pulita e con una super doccia, colazione varia e sopratutto ricca di torte genuine senza prodotti preconfezionati da supermercato. Personale gentile che ti fa sentire a casa. Sicuramente consiglierò ad altri questa struttura e se dovessi tornare in zona la sceglierei di nuovo.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend al mare. Siamo stati a nostro agio, come a casa, spiaggia vicinissima. Anche la colazione era ok. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite. Consigliato.
