B&B near the beach, very close to Piazzale Kennedy and the central streets. Well-kept, clean, very kind, helpful, and down-to-earth staff. It has a hot tub and relaxation area on the top floor and also the possibility of a hot tub in the room, I haven't tried them but I will definitely come back.

I had a great time. Maybe the 'single' room is a little small (I had to close the chair in the closet to be able to open it without obstacles, for example), but it was very nice and it had everything, including the shower with sprays for the back and the refrigerator. Furthermore, I really liked the furniture; maybe it just lacks some drawers to store items (there was not even one). The staff is very kind and helpful (cleaning and reception especially). The furniture is beautiful and the breakfast area, both on the first and third floors, are jewels. It is no coincidence that this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient in terms of location and is a pleasant place. The outdoor area with sofas and palm trees is very nice. Thank you for everything.

The girl at the reception, the bartenders, and the cleaning ladies are all very sweet and skilled. The breakfast is excellent, with the bartenders who already knew everything we wanted to drink and prepared it for us promptly and with dedication. The breakfast terrace was a delight. Unfortunately, the man at the reception was not very nice, along with the night guard who at first was a bit distrustful with me and my boyfriend, but later turned out to be friendly. The room and the terrace were impeccably clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom was impractical because the shower was literally in front of the toilet and we had to sit awkwardly. The whirlpool tub inside our room had some issues; we couldn't change the water jet without hurting our wrist because the knob was extremely hard and could not be used normally as it would immediately leak water. Unfortunately, it was not one of the best experiences during a romantic bath to hear repeated knocking from the staff to clean immediately, when we absolutely did not misuse the tub. After that day, we no longer felt free to use it, so we only used the one outside at the agreed hours. Another thing that bothered me more than anything else was that the man at the reception entered our terrace/wellness area a couple of times without warning or at least knocking, especially because in the first instance, I was also naked in the room, and it was not pleasant. Lastly, there were other rude guests who returned late in the morning at two or three o'clock and shouted like crazy and slammed everything in the hallways. Everything echoed because the soundproofing was unfortunately non-existent, so I woke up with a pounding heart. There are many positive aspects of this hotel, but unfortunately, I had these unpleasant experiences, and I am sorry. Thanks to the staff who were kind to us, I hope for improvement for those who were not.

We stayed 5 days at the Memory hotel and we had a great time. In particular, the kindness of the staff, starting from Mrs. Barbara and then extending to all the staff, and the location of the hotel (very close to the sea and the park which allows you to walk to the city center and then further on to the congress center), will be the reason why we will try to stay here again in the coming years.

Friendly and welcoming staff, I am celiac and they did not let me miss anything, they were super attentive and helpful in always finding something for me to eat. The room is really beautiful, comfortable bed and the whirlpool tub really gave a magical touch. The only flaw is the practically non-existent shower, but the whirlpool makes up for it all. I am super happy with this experience and the care taken by the always kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel not only for the reasons already mentioned, but especially for its distance from the center and the beach, literally a stone's throw away.

First of all, I can say that the staff was friendly, but that was the only positive thing about the service. The bathroom with a shower corner was in the true sense of the phrase: where there was the shower, there was also the bidet and the toilet, with the shower corner so tight that there was no space for the knee between the bidet and the wall. The shower was enclosed in a similarly ridiculous corner. The bed had two mattresses instead of being double, and they didn't even tie the bed bases together... I slept very badly. Moving on to breakfast, the deli meat had a gray color, at least three days old, a dry piadina with dried salami and cheese, blue sausages, watery fruit juice. We are in the low season and I believe there would have been the possibility to serve the customers better, especially considering that the rate was not low... I do not recommend it.

Very nice structure, located close to the park and a short walk from the center and the sea. Very kind and helpful staff, my room was small but well organized, only flaw was the bidet: difficult to use due to limited space. Points in favor for the spacious shower with many functions. Available in the room small TV, safe, and small fridge. Access to a private balcony. Good breakfast, salty and sweet, quite varied. Unfortunately, poor soundproofing of the rooms. Overall, however, good location, good services (reception, cleaning, and breakfast) and nice rooms (in my case). Overall rating of the stay 7/10.

What can I say! It was wonderful! As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a delicious scent and excellent cleanliness! The whirlpool tub next to the bed was fantastic, truly superb! The bed was very comfortable and the staff super kind and smiling, which, in my opinion, is essential for a good stay experience. The hotel's location is great. In the morning, we enjoyed a superb breakfast: the homemade tarts and the variety of foods, from sweet to savory, were truly delicious! I would give more than 5 stars... We will definitely come back and I will recommend it to all my friends. Congratulations!

Hotel very close to the sea and the best attractions around. Clean and tidy room. Managers are always very kind and helpful, including the cleaning staff and service personnel like doormen and waiters. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection. The hotel is not modern but has all the comforts that, in my opinion, are needed for a tourist holiday by the sea or around the city.

Hotel in an optimal position (at least for us): 5 minutes from the beach (conventioned), 5 minutes from the "Metromare" route, the street is simply quiet and silent. The staff, very attentive to COVID-19 rules, which they scrupulously adhere to and, with courtesy and kindness, try to make customers observe them as well. Varied, plentiful, and good breakfast, if you even try to take a napkin, you are stopped and served by them. Every change of customer, the table is sanitized and sanitized on the fly. Attentive to customer needs, we reported two small problems on Sunday: noisy air conditioner if the fan was set to maximum, non-functioning refrigerator. They immediately replaced the refrigerator for us, we mentioned that the air conditioner didn't bother us because there was no more suffocating heat of July, but anyway, by noon on Monday, everything was sorted out. Clean and functional rooms. Do we find something negative? Ok, the rooms are not very spacious, but well, you don't go there to live in the room. The hotel is not very modern, but on the other hand, it is not even passed off as such, without this meaning decadent, quite the opposite! More than decent, it fully met our expectations. We enjoyed the private SPA, on the first floor, and the relaxation area with pool and sauna on the roof.

Structure in an excellent position compared to the sea, easily reachable on foot from the train station, impeccable cleanliness, helpful and kind staff, varied and abundant breakfast with fresh fruit, savory, homemade sweets always different and genuine. Absolutely worth trying. We stayed for 9 days but we would have liked to extend our stay.

What can I say, they pampered us from start to finish. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and with a nice terrace to relax on after a long day. There's also a mini fridge available for use. We loved the location of the hotel as it's just 5 minutes from the bustling waterfront yet in a very quiet street without ever being disturbed at night by noise. The breakfast is delicious, with homemade pastries and a wide selection of savory products. Breakfast is served on the third floor terrace, with a beautiful view of the city. We also took advantage of the private spa which includes a whirlpool reserved for us on the hotel's terrace. What made us feel at home was the welcome and generosity of the staff who never left us alone, even offering us a lovely breakfast all to ourselves at the 4 am check-out. Thanks again for everything and see you next time.

The Manager, Mrs. Barbara, is the best person we could meet in all of Rimini. Her collaborators have been efficient and friendly. The quality of the service and the staff is excellent. There is only little space in the internal parking lot, but the problem has never been felt, because the solutions have been prompt and effective. Smart people who know how to do their job.

Very charming property, well-maintained in a quiet area five minutes walk from the sea, managed with great love and professionalism by very friendly staff always attentive to every customer's need. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, both savoury and sweet (with fantastic homemade cakes from the staff), available from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. All rooms, recently renovated, are equipped with air conditioning, color TV and (not least) a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The property also has a small spa and a panoramic terrace with a jacuzzi whirlpool where romantic dinners for two can be arranged upon reservation. Overall, the property is excellent and very suitable for families with children.

What can I say, a wonderful surprise. Warm welcome and unparalleled availability. Beautiful place, a stone's throw from the center both by car and public transport. Buses pass under the structure every 10 minutes. If you are looking for a welcoming, clean place with everything you need, I recommend it without any problem. Everything went well, it is located in a perfect area: close to a park that on one side takes you to the sea and on the other to the city center. The only thing is that I think it needs a bit of renovation and changing sheets and blankets now worn out by time.
