Teresa, the host, is absolutely friendly and helpful. The place is very convenient if you like to visit the Fiera di Bologna (Bologna exhibition).

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced, mainly thanks to the owner. Nothing was a problem! We have a rescue dog who can be a bit of a handful around other dogs, but the owner took every step to make our stay as calm as possible. She was incredibly kind throughout our visit. Even a vegan breakfast was no issue for her. Besides the amazing croissants, she even baked us a delicious cake, and there was plenty of excellent fruit available. I am so grateful that people like her work in hospitality because a holiday spent in places like this is truly unforgettable.

Theresa was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a brand new house, just outside Bologna and close to the airport. It is situated in a very quiet countryside with secure parking. We loved it. The breakfast was very good. We thank Theresa for the marvelous apple cake she made for us. Johan and Isabel.

Superb location in the Bologna countryside. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness: scented linens and everything really well maintained. The owners are very kind and helpful. Comfortable and warm room, large and very clean bathroom (shower that does not clog, limescale-free shower head that does not block the holes, hot water immediately that does not disappear like magic), private parking and a wonderful view. Great for reaching the Unipol Arena without issues in 10 minutes and the city in 20. Fantastic check-out with a good breakfast and no stress about leaving. Definitely on the list for future trips to Romagna.

A year later we stayed again at this property. The welcome and helpfulness were always excellent, the cleanliness was great, and the location is strategic and very quiet.

Beautiful location situated in the countryside for those who love tranquility. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

From Turin to Ancona, a logistical stop halfway, very convenient and appreciated for being well situated on the hillside, well renovated and welcoming.

We stayed for one night as a couple and we had a great time. The structure is brand new and very well cared for, convenient for the event we attended. It is located in the open countryside but at the same time convenient to Bologna. The host is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this structure.

Very beautiful property with impeccable cleanliness. The owner is very kind and always available for any needs. Great location with the station a short distance away to get to the center of Bologna. I recommend it, I will return.

The place is new, clean, and tidy. Teresa is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The breakfast is varied and well-prepared, just like everything else. The room has everything you need and a large window. The bed and bath linens were clean, new, and fragrant. The bathroom is new with a large shower. Our little dog could follow us everywhere. We had a great time.

The establishment is characterized by the availability and kindness of Mrs. Teresa. The breakfast is very good.

Everything was excellent, starting with the availability of the person who welcomed us, through the place, and finishing with the breakfast. It is worth mentioning Ms. Teresa's interest in providing us with directions for possible visits to wineries or vinegar factories in the area.

I have chosen this B&B for months for work reasons. The staff is always very friendly, the rooms are new and very well maintained, especially in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast is always fresh with homemade and genuine products. The location is highly recommended.

The structure is really beautiful, with an excellent quality/price ratio. Teresa is a very caring and attentive hostess: available regarding the check-in time and attentive in providing us with advice about the area and how to move around and reach Bologna. The triple room is spacious and very clean with a nice bathroom and excellent linens. The breakfast is good and plentiful. To move around the area, a car is necessary, but from the nearby town, you can comfortably reach Bologna by train. Very convenient for attending events at the Unipol Arena. We would gladly return if we had to come back to the area.

The structure is brand new and very clean. Beautiful location, among the wheat fields. The owner is very kind and helpful. We only spent one night on the occasion of the national rhythmic gymnastics championships and the Zola Predosa sports hall is just a few kilometers from La Collinetta B&B.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast, equipped with all comforts, well furnished, with attention to every detail and great care for guests. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, with a wide selection and willingness to adapt preparations based on any intolerances. The landlady is very kind and available to provide useful information for visiting the area. More than positive experience.

B&B 20 minutes by car from the center of Bologna and 1 km from the train station. Brand new structure, beautiful view of the hills, spacious and clean room, and great sweet breakfast. Also, the kind owner Teresa is very helpful for requests and advice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic structure on the Bolognese hills, brand new with top services. The breakfast served is really very good. Teresa manages it impeccably. We will definitely return next time we are in Bologna.

Owners available and attentive to guests' needs. Exceptional structure.

The structure, new and very beautiful, is located in the open countryside. It was everything I was looking for for me and my dogs for a short stay. The proximity to the main roads is another point in its favor. Furthermore, it offers an excellent breakfast and the possibility to take beautiful walks!

The B&B La Collinetta is very nice, extremely clean and well taken care of. We were extremely impressed by the availability and passion of the owner. The only flaw (if one must be found) is that to get there you have to travel on a dirt road which, being also used by tractors, is very bumpy. Otherwise, we had a very good stay.

Excellent structure, very kind owner. Very appreciated cleanliness, silence, and new mattress. Strategic location and very close to Casalecchio di Reno, but especially halfway between Modena and Bologna. We will definitely return in case of other concerts at Unipol. Thanks to Mrs. Tiziana, a truly special host!
