Very helpful, friendly, and patient hosts. The rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast has everything, kitchen equipped for almost every need. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, on a beautiful tree-lined street, in a private house on the first floor, very convenient for everything even on foot. We stayed at the end of April, so the area was very quiet. To repeat.

Fantastic facility, clean with private bathroom for each room, the lady was very kind, the special breakfast. I will definitely be back for next year's Ironman.

Located in a very quiet area and equipped with free bicycles. Very kind lady. Breakfast is a bit lacking. I expected something fresh or homemade instead of industrial snacks. However, the value for money is remarkable.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in un ambiente pulito ed accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Simona che ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele. Comodissime le biciclette dateci gratuitamente che hanno sopperito alla leggera distanza dal mare. Giacomo e Mariastella.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato semplicemente fantastico. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione abbondante e piena libertà di movimento. Ho soggiornato 5 giorni al B&B e mi sono trovata divinamente bene.. si trova in una posizione comodissima sia per il centro di Milano Marittima che per il centro di Cervia! La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibilissima! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, tornerò sicuramente.

Struttura situata in zona centrale, molto accogliente e deliziosa. Padrona di casa molto disponibile ed ospitale. Colazione abbondante e su richiesta cibi senza glutine e senza lattosio. B&b consigliato, ci tornerò per il prossimo soggiorno a Milano marittima. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo.

Piccolo paragone: Luglio hotel 3 stelle colazione abbondante e qualità ottima cambio biancheria giornaliero, costo 47 euro. Dicembre Be B colazione con biscotti e brioche da supermercato economico, nessun cambio e nemmeno le saponettine, costo 50 euro. La prossima volta cercherò meglio. Valerio.

Caro Sig. Villa, le strutture B&B non possono maneggiare alimenti, una legge assurda che comunque (giustamente a mio avviso), alcuni di noi ogni tanto eludono, e che in ogni caso è bene che l'ospite conosca prima di recensire inopportunamente. La colazione era ad ogni buon conto abbondante e comprensiva di marmellatine, tortine, succhi di frutta, fette biscottate, cracker, diversi tipi di cereali, nutella e altro ancora. Sempre sbagliato oggettivamente paragonare una struttura ricettiva commerciale come un albergo (provvista di magazzino, cucina, celle frigorifero, personale. cuochi e addetti ai piani), con una dall'ospitalità famigliare che per sua stessa natura accoglie i viaggiatori come fossero per l'appunto "in famiglia". €25 a persona per il ponte dell'immacolata (non è una nostra impressione), dati di mercato alla mano, è un prezzo eccellente, considerando anche il riscaldamento della camera fisso giorno e notte. Lei può provare a spendere ancora meno per il suo leisure (specie d'inverno) ma non credo le sarà così facile. Le saponettine è vero non c'erano, ma c'è comunque il dispenser; in genere i nostri ospiti non si formalizzano se il croissant non è di un noto brand nazionale, o il sapone non è confezionato. Le suggerisco Sig. Villa di comprendere meglio (trova tutto in rete) la filosofia che anima una struttura B&B che non è senza dubbio il mero commercio e il profitto, ma quella di accogliere i viaggiatori come fossero amici e parenti, e tante volte in questo senso il "fatturato", viene meno in virtù di un arricchimento personale. Qualora volesse tornare a trovarci, ovviamente nello spirito giusto l'accoglieremmo come sempre a braccia aperte.
