A very beautiful place, perfect for families with kids, a lot of funny animals in the factory, rooms, bathrooms and bungalow very clean, food very good, very good and healthy breakfast, smart people and special persons, near the supermarket. In 10 minutes you are at Mirabilandia. Number one.

An extremely friendly, helpful and nice host couple. We felt very comfortable with Luigi and his wife. And our dog was also welcome. It is an ancient old stone house in a garden full of flowers and next to the vineyard. The room is small but functionally furnished, and the internet in the room is very good.

Like a visit with family. Elves and Pier-Luigi are exceptional hosts. We really enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you very much 😊.

The B&B Prisca is run by Eleves and Luigi. Both hosts are super friendly, helpful, and very kind. We had a double room with a bathroom on the upper floor of the family house, rather rustic. The room was simple, but clean and quiet. Everything was very idyllic. The roosters crowed. There were geese, turkeys, goats, and chickens. Behind the house, there were vines, and we could drink our own wine and water in the beautiful garden and received a bowl of freshly harvested cherries from the hosts' daughter. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast included coffee, tea, juice, water, fresh fruit, freshly made scrambled eggs or boiled eggs. We sat outdoors under a very nice wooden canopy.

Very peaceful, without noise. Great for relaxing. The owners are very kind and welcoming.

It feels like being in Eden! Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside of Ravenna with fruit trees and farm animals. Elves and Pierluigi are wonderful! Chatting with them was a pleasure! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and has delicious homemade products. Rating: 10 with honors!

Friendly and family-oriented hosts, quiet and fresh structure, products at km 0 or even produced by them. We had been there on the way and returned on the way back. They produce wine and fruit (spectacular blackberries). We highly recommend it.

Mr. Pier Luigi and Mrs. Elves are exceptional hosts! The breakfast is abundant, and you can enjoy local delicacies, from homemade cakes made with eggs from their hens to the jams and nuts they own. Our dog was warmly welcomed and had fun walking in the vineyard. Our daughter, just over a year old, was amazed for a long time in the company of the goats, geese, and chickens that roam freely around the house. Nearby, there are excellent taverns that are easily reachable, and Ravenna is really just a few minutes away. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a stay immersed in nature and in a family atmosphere.

We stayed for two nights at BB Prisca taking advantage of the BBDAY promotion. We had a wonderful time, like at home, pampered by the kindness, friendliness, and hospitality of Luigi and his sweet wife Elves. The structure is a true and ancient farmhouse in the Emilian countryside. The location is very convenient as it is 15 minutes from Ravenna and the sea. The HOUSE is made of stone and red bricks, furnished with antique furniture and ceilings with wooden beams. You can feel the history of generations and large families. On the ground floor, there is the room with the large fireplace where Luigi serves a rich breakfast. Coffee with the moka and excellent cakes made at home by Elves, fruit and yogurt, and a super blackberry jam from their garden. Upstairs are the comfortable and warm rooms. The bathroom is spotless and the towels are soft. The beauty is also being immersed in the green and surrounded by fields cultivated as far as the eye can see. Behind the house is the yard with free-roaming farm animals like geese, chickens, and roosters. Goats with their beautiful kids and Luigi who takes care of them every morning. Luigi was a perfect host, always attentive and present for any of our needs. He suggested a restaurant where we could try the true Emilian home cooking. Top! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts !!

Mr. Pier Luigi and Mrs. Elves are very kind and friendly, they did not let us miss anything. They lovingly take care of their home, their animals, and the guests. We felt like family. The eggs with bacon from Mr. Pier Luigi are exceptional, and the preserves and desserts prepared by Mrs. Elevs are delicious. We thank them so much for the unforgettable experience.

Charming place, quiet, immersed in the countryside just a few steps from the sea. The owners are two lovely people, with a super welcome and attention to the needs of the guests. I am very happy with my stay and then, to start the day, a super rich and complete breakfast. I recommend it to all the people who are staying in that area.

Pierluigi is a true Romagnol, always available, who prepares very rich breakfasts and with whom you willingly get lost in chatter! The B&B Prisca is completely immersed in the garden where geese, chickens, and goats roam! A magnificent place.

We stayed on the occasion of B&B Prisca Day 2023 with our 2-month-old and 4-year-old children. We had a great time, especially for the welcome and availability of Mr. Luigi (starting from the glass of house wine on our arrival). The farmhouse is simple, clean, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, with artisanal products. Special thanks also to the house hens for the fantastic soft-boiled egg in the early morning!

A little paradise close to everything. We had a great time, not only because of being in the middle of nature but also for the splendid hospitality of the owners. Highly recommended.

A structure immersed in nature, with animals walking freely and the famous turkeys eating grapes, my daughter very happy. The owners are really kind and nice and always available. Clean structure but still immersed in nature. Natural breakfast with fresh fruit, very good and fresh eggs, in short everything simple and genuine.

We had a great time. Clean and cozy structure. The managers were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely family-run B&B: simple but clean rooms, small but functional bathroom. In front there is a garden with a pergola where you can have breakfast and a fridge with water and drinks always available. What really makes the difference are the hosts, very kind and friendly: Luigi was very nice and his eggs with bacon are superb! You really feel at home!

Very well located and comfortable place, very well kept and the owners are very friendly, nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Family atmosphere, Romagna-style welcome as it should be. Breakfast in the garden, simple but good. Clean rooms with a nostalgic atmosphere. Pier Luigi and Elves are two lovely people who make you feel comfortable, as if you were at your own home.

Staying at this B&B is an extraordinary experience. Mr. Luigi and Mrs. Elves are extraordinary people and only those who love good manners and appreciate the values of the past can understand the privilege of staying in this structure.

The hosts were very hospitable and helpful but during the three-day stay they never cleaned the bungalow where we were sleeping.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and nice owners. Recommended.

Cozy place. We stayed two nights visiting Ravenna and Mirabilandia. The family managing the B&B Prisca is truly exquisite, helpful, and polite. It felt like being on vacation with relatives. The animals present make the place even more characteristic. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the B&B Prisca at the end of October, an ancient farmhouse immersed in the Romagna countryside. The owners Luigi and his wife Elves welcomed us with hospitality, sympathy, and great availability. The breakfast can be truly defined as zero km, abundant and delicious, with fruit just harvested from the garden and exquisite homemade cakes and jams. The room was clean and very quiet. The owners of the B&B were very kind, the place is very beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was fabulous, with homemade jams, toast, homemade cakes, and many other things. If I were to go back to those areas, I would definitely want to return to B&B Prisca.

It is a bit difficult to find but worth it. The structure is a country house equipped with everything you need; Luigi is a guest capable of entertaining pleasantly. If you like animals, you will find geese, chickens, turkeys, goats: we saw 2 one-day-old goats. If you look in the fields in the morning, you will see some hares. The breakfast is abundant and if you want, there are eggs so fresh that they are still warm because they were just laid by the chickens. The dog Fonzie is a cuddly one. We will definitely come back.

Very kind owners who make you feel at home, spartan rooms but with all the comforts, quiet environment surrounded by greenery, highly recommended for Mirabilandia just 5 minutes by car. First experience in a B&B and I was very satisfied!

Ancient country farmhouse renovated with passion while preserving the original charm.

Thanks to the very kind host for his availability. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. It is nice to chat by the fire. Ideal location to visit Ravenna and Mirabilandia. Rooms are sufficiently large. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit too basic. However, we had a wonderful time!

Provided that we are a family with three children and we found the place "last minute", we had a wonderful time, very friendly and helpful managers! The breakfast is ten out of ten. The children cannot wait to go back. A nice and quiet place just a few steps from Mirabilandia (not even five minutes by car). Highly recommended.
