The B&B Antica Loggetta is in need of renovations to meet basic standards (mold, broken furniture, dirt). The owner is unreliable and the information is unclear. Guests are often left on their own due to lack of communication.

Le critiche servono per migliorare vanno comuniate pertanto chiedo gentilmente di scrivermi precisamente dove ha trovato muffa, mobili rotti e sporcizia; poiché ha soggiornato 2 notti poteva comunicarlo immediatamente e avrei provveduto a richiamare il personale per verificare ed eventualmente risolvere il problema. Che cosa significhi lasciare gli ospiti soli per mancanza di comunicazione andrebbe spiegato meglio, sono

Correct for one night, the beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Our room was small for 3, without a window, with only 2 chairs, while breakfast is served in the room. The room we had reserved was taken by other people.

La pulizia della stanza lascia a desiderare oltre la puzza di umido presente nella parete confinante con il bagno. La colazione, servita in un vassoio, deve essere consumata in camera. La camera stretta. Al nostro arrivo nessuno ci accoglie, ci viene comunicato un codice per il portone e troviamo la stanza aperta. All'ingresso un sottoscala pieno di cianfrusaglie che di mattina si trasforma in cucina per la colazione. Dotazioni della camera.

I booked a single room but ended up sleeping in a triple room. All the comforts were there, but the 'Van Gogh' room overlooks an internal courtyard, the only downside. However, this contributes to the silence.

We stayed there only one night. Well-finished room but without mosquito nets, nor did we find many mosquitoes inside the room that bit us several times, me and the children. One thing we found absurd is that no one welcomed us or registered us. They gave us a code the same afternoon, saying it was Sunday and they would relax with relatives and that they would come by the B&B Antica Loggetta in the evening, but none of the owners were seen. With this code we entered this deserted and dark structure without knowing even where to put our hands and we went to the room alone, following instructions written on WhatsApp by the lady.

The bathroom definitely needs improvement, lacking any towel rack except for bidet towels, with a power outlet that comes off the wall, a leaking shower, a strange yellow stain on the toilet, and a hairdryer that doesn't inspire much confidence. The rest of the room is adequate, aside from some cracks and stains on the walls. The air conditioner had a blue display that made falling asleep more difficult. Breakfast is average, but there is no common area so the only way to have it in the hotel is to wait in the room (which may or may not be to your liking). Fairly close to the center, but 20 meters from a level crossing (sometimes the area can be busy at night, but if you're a heavy sleeper it's not a problem). In summary, I expected something better for the money spent (around €80 per night for a double room).

Lorena was really helpful, I recommend contacting her directly, rather than writing through the site, for a quicker response. Apart from this advice, completely negligible, everything very good.

The room did not correspond to the one chosen: no possibility to open the windows as they overlooked two closed rooms without outdoor exit, claustrophobic environment; terrible, poor breakfast served on a tray in the room as there is no breakfast room.

Not being able to opt for the street number I selected 1 for all the calls even though I didn't have the chance to go there. I warn future potential customers because it is an operator whose unreliability has no equal in my long experience as a traveler. I book months in advance to attend a concert. I make the payment by bank transfer and ask for confirmation of receipt and booking by email without receiving any feedback. I take the trouble to contact them by phone and the operator informs me that she did not see the email but assures me that the room is reserved. About two weeks before the event, I contact them again to remind them of the booking and receive reassurance. Exactly 2 days before the concert, I am contacted by the owner who with incredible nonchalance asks me if instead of the agreed day, I could arrive the next day. I am truly astonished and of course I reply no. The operator, drawing once again from an apparently inexhaustible reserve of nonchalance, informs me that due to an unforeseen event they had to accommodate a group and that I no longer have the room. But she continues by saying not to worry because they would have relocated me to another structure. So my wife and I are diverted to another b&b that we do not know and obviously did not choose. We try to remain optimistic hoping at least that, given the inconvenience, they had chosen a suitable structure. Instead, we find ourselves in the worst b&b we have ever stayed in our lives. A structure with which we agree on an arrival time in the early afternoon and that while we were traveling, an hour before our arrival contacts us to say that they could not receive us before 6.30 pm due to an unforeseen event. We were forced to wander around Ravenna until that time and then find it closed with the owner not answering the phone. Finally, with over half an hour of delay on the delay, they open the door and we find ourselves in a run-down structure where they give us two worn towels (no bidet towels, no shower towels) and we find only one almost finished toilet paper roll. I spare other details about this structure that we later found out to be closing down and I also avoid mentioning its name because we did not choose it and probably it was also a favor to the b&b I am reviewing, and considering that without this favor we would have risked being homeless. I conclude by warning. Be careful, this is an operator completely devoid of professionalism.

Mi spiace che il B&B dove siete stati riprotetti non sia stato di Vs. gradimento, ma faccio presente che la Vs. ironia non mi scalfisce. Nessuna nonchalance, penso di essere stata molto più amareggiata di Lei, inoltre non si è trattato di ospitare una comitiva, ma di prolungare il soggiorno di una famiglia che aveva il figlio in ospedale e per forza ha dovuto rinviare la partenza, in coscienza credo proprio di aver fatto cosa giusta. Per Lei sarò anche operatore non professionale, ma i fatti mi dimostrano il contrario. Buona vita Le recensioni intelligenti sono quelle costruttive che servono a migliorare difetti che alle volte noi gestori non vediamo, le vendette proprio lasciano il tempo che trovano perché le persone sono intelligenti e sanno leggere fra le righe.....

L'Antica Loggetta ci ha subito affascinato per la sua semplicità e accoglienza. Non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà con le operazioni di check-in e check-out, si può tranquillamente raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata, e la colazione è variegata e abbondante. Le camere sono pulite e moderne. Consigliato.

Struttura originale e bella. I gestori stanno comunque investendo sulla loro attività. Ci credono e lo fanno anche bene. Purtroppo, per la posizione in cui è risente del fattore rumore. Premetto che è un problema a cui i gestori hanno sopperito con dei validi infissi che sopperiscono in maniera notevole, ma del resto in estate seppur con aria condizionata, non permette di tenere spiraglio alcuno di finestra. Tutto il resto rimane gradevole e ottimo.
