Host very nice and always willing to explain and to help. The room is a little bit small but it's reasonable considering it's pretty cheap. The only problem I had was with the shower water pressure (very low) but beside that it was a great deal. Thank you Marcella, I'll certainly rent a room again in the future.

I stayed one night for a training weekend, central structure and convenient to services. Once parked, you can move around on foot, very good value for money. Very quick and practical check-in (excellent organization), bright rooms with a particularly large and, above all, windowed bathroom. TV and wifi, simple, clean, spacious, and well-kept rooms. I took advantage of a 10% discount for breakfast at the two affiliated bars, particularly well-stocked even for a quick lunch. I really liked this guesthouse, it will be my reference point for future training sessions in Ferrara!

Also fun because it feels like playing a treasure hunt to access the Alloggio Cavour. The property is located in a great location, within the vicinity you can find everything: bakery, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, hairdresser, banks. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Convenient structure as it is close to the center and at a good price. Our room was a bit tight for three people but we stayed only one night so it was fine and the rate was also good. The bathroom is run down, complete with a shower curtain that would need a good renovation. Finally, the windows do not have double glazing, and even though it is on the 5th floor, all the noises from the busy Cavour avenue could be heard.

The room at Alloggio Cavour is simple, spartan but equipped with everything, including a hairdryer and air conditioning (only the fridge is in the corridor). Perfect for a few days of visit. It is on the 5th floor with an elevator and self-check-in: through a link that will be sent to you, the door will open and then with a code you can access the apartment (it may seem cumbersome but in the end it is simple and practical). You get a 10% discount at the bar in front if you mention that you are staying at Cavour. It is located 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Castle/center. Convenient for those arriving by public transport. It is suitable for those who want a quiet and modest place without spending large sums of money.

For study, I have used Alloggio Cavour several times between October and November, always finding helpful staff and cozy rooms. Very convenient to the city center, a bit further from Mammuth, but with the bus stop right in front of the door for the station and the university.

I stayed at Alloggio Cavour for one night due to a university exam. The lady at the reception was very kind. The location is strategic, between the city center and the train station, very convenient. The value for money is great. The room was clean. I would suggest installing shutters or a blackout curtain to avoid light in the early morning hours. It is also important to provide paper cups at the entrance. In a common area, there is a small kettle for tea, coffee, or herbal tea, but there are no cups, making it a bit difficult to use. Overall, a good choice if you are passing through.

Guest house 5 minutes from the station and 30 minutes from the center on foot, in a quiet area. Served by a small but working elevator. The room is small but cozy and equipped with a private bathroom. The property is managed by friendly and helpful people, whom unfortunately (at least this time) I did not have the opportunity to meet in person.

Stayed 1 night to visit Ferrara. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room is dated and needs some fixing up. The mattress is really uncomfortable, with some sagging. The manager was very friendly and professional.

Angela and I treated ourselves to a couple of days in Ferrara. The Alloggio Cavour is strategically positioned to reach most of the places worth visiting in the city center. The landlady was super friendly, pointing out interesting and lovely places to discover in such a short time. Highly recommended especially for those looking for quick and not too expensive accommodations.

Semplice, confortevole, pulito, essenziale, pratico. Come stare a casa a..400 km da casa. C'è tutto quello che serve. Facile da raggiungere. Molto vicino al centro cittadino e ai monumenti. Prezzo abbordabilissimo. Servizio pronto ed efficiente. Disponibilità massima, simpatia ed accoglienza. Per colazioni e pasti, a parte il Bar 'Nonno Umbertò sotto..casa (di elevata qualità a prezzi contenutissimi), in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro cittadino con amplissima offerta. Siamo stati davvero bene. Consigliatissimo per famiglie, ma anche più in generale visto l'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il bed and breakfast è situato in una posizione centrale tra la stazione e il centro del paese. Sono stato accolto dalla signora Sara ed è stata abbastanza educata e disponibile nei miei confronti. L'unica pecca è che non si può fumare perché bisogna scendere giù al portone.

Sono rimasto deluso dalla mancanza di risoluzione di un problema pratico ossia, prima di prenotare per il pernottamento sul posto, mi sono preoccupato di sapere se ci fosse un parcheggio idoneo per non andare in giro a cercarne uno, vista la difficoltà di parcheggio nel centro di Ferrara. Ma al rientro della cena trovo il garage occupato da un'autovettura di un’altro ospite della residenza. Contattato il personale del B&B mi si risponde che sono dispiaciuti della cosa ma che potevo tentare di trovare un parcheggio esterno. Premetto che il garage ha spazio sufficiente per una sola vettura se non si vuole essere dipendenti di chi parcheggia dopo.

Discreta struttura, posizione comoda ma, vanificata dal troppo rumore proveniente dalle strade sottostanti, poco insonorizzata e aria condizionata insufficiente. Avendo prenotato per tre notti, pensavo che la pulizia della camera fosse per tutto il periodo di pernottamento non per una notte sola come avvenuto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto vicino al centro cittadino, gestore molto disponibile, locali puliti e in ordine. Pur mancando la colazione si ha sconto su bar e ristorante sottostanti. Consiglio decisamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend. Credevamo fosse un B&B invece si tratta di un affittacamere. I giorni in cui siamo stati in città erano parecchio freddi e ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza in cui il letto matrimoniale era sotto un'enorme finestra da cui entravano spifferi e umidità. Il riscaldamento non è mai stato acceso a nessun ora del giorno e della notte nonostante il gestore via messaggio sosteneva il contrario. Ci ha consigliato di prendere la stufa elettrica (che non faceva nessun calore) per riscaldarci. Inoltre il bagno si allagava continuamente dopo ogni doccia e il bar "convenzionato" con cui hanno la convenzione appunto non solo è pessimo ma il sabato mattina non ci ha fatto alcuno sconto e la domenica era chiuso. Grazie per averci fatto dormire con le sciarpe e tutte le coperte che abbiamo trovato! Non lo consiglio a nessuno per via del freddo e perché a quasi 50 euro a notte si trova di meglio.
