Really nice stay. The breakfast was a bit minimalist but it didn’t affect our stay. The comfort of the room and its jacuzzi leave us with a pleasant memory of relaxation. Close to the shopping streets and the archaeological site of Naples without being on a too busy street, which provides a bit of rest after long days of sightseeing. Really nice.\nThe only downside: the residents upstairs are VERY noisy. It feels like they are constantly moving their furniture and the sound of footsteps resembles a herd of elephants in full charge.\nThe owner is super welcoming and available. Really nice.

I booked seven days in advance, but the day before my arrival they sent me a message informing me that they had made a mistake and that the room would be available one day late. Due to their error, my room was not available and they provided me with a supposedly better room. These two nights cost me € 249.00 and they didn't even mention a possible refund. Also, there were ants in the room. For breakfast, they gave me vouchers that the bar does not recognize. I strongly discourage it.

Excellent central structure to visit both the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Pompeii and the Excavations. We will definitely come back.
