At the Maison Degas everything is based on the attention to details: breakfast, rich and delicious, is served in a pleasant and relaxed breakfast room, provided with coffee tables well organized to accomodate our guests and ready to offer you many excellent dishes. The staff cordiality, generous in attentions, gives to the guests the impression to feel as at home, in the heart of one of the most beautiful Italian cities. The quality attention is the first aspect that guides the provision of our breakfast, always composed by the best ingredients. We make available to our clients, the possibility to choose between two different kinds of breakfast: the continental one, characterized by a rich buffet with sweeties and savouries dishes, is combined with the typical italian café (espresso, thé, cappuccino. . .), a great selection of brioche and croissants (with chocolate, marmalade or custard. . .), handcrafted typical neapolitan pastry as the sfogliatelle and other traditional cakes, fruit juices, fresh fruit cocktail, honey, butter, a variety of marmelade, Nutella, rusks, cookies, cereals, yogurts...and the international one, composed by many dishes as cheese or a fresh local ricotta, ready-sliced salami, cakes, cold and hot drinks and American coffee. Our staff will be happy to ease and to make memorable your stay in Naples, following your requests and offering a complete availability. On request is possible to arrange patisserie and bread without gluten. And then...on morning a meeting, a convivial atmosphere, a " small talk " to discover the neapolitan pastry with degustation of savoury specialities...and all this accompanied by a quite background music, with instrumental virtuosities of the classical and jazz repertory.

Wonderful location, essential room, the check-in guy impeccable, all good until breakfast. I kindly asked to consume earlier, booked at 8:30, and the reaction of the girl froze me. I must say that I was alone and the previous evening I had seen the breakfast room already set up, so I thought my request was acceptable, I don't want to put those who work in difficulty. Instead, the thing strongly irritated the girl in the room, who started shrugging and speaking to me in a very annoyed manner. I would have preferred a "no, I can't accommodate you" said kindly rather than a "take a seat" said in that decidedly uninviting tone and with that almost angry body language. I should have turned on my heels and left, so the blame is partially mine. I have huge respect for those who work while I am on vacation and I am not used to giving negative reviews, but I believe that one should always respond with courtesy, and that professionalism is measured by how one reacts to unexpected events. I give a low rating because it made me feel bad and I am still sorry about it.

Gentilissima signora Fracchiolla , grazie per aver recensito la nostra struttura . L'episodio posto all'attenzione dalla sua recensione risulta a dir poco spiacevole. Il nostro intento e' accogliere sempre l'ospite con premura ed immedesimazione per offrire le soluzioni piu' appropriate per rendere il soggiorno , nella struttura, nella citta', un esperienza piacevole . Mantenere la costanza di atteggiamenti virtuosi necessita di una continua vigilanza : evidentemente la sua segnalazione ci invita , ad un maggiore impegno in tal senso . Gradiremmo averla ancora nostra ospite ... siamo certi che non ricordera' piu' l'amarezza del primo incontro cordiali saluti la direzione

Il B&B mi è stato consigliato da una amica che vi aveva soggiornato. Personale cordialissimo e molto disponibile. Ottima colazione con sfogliatelle e paste freschissime. Collocato in un palazzo storico in angolo con piazza del Gesù nuovo. Posizione strategica per visite turistiche: un centinaio di metri da Santa Chiara e Spaccanapoli. Poco do più per arrivare alla Metro. Lo consigliamo.

Abbiamo appena trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Napoli presso questa struttura, che si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le meraviglie del centro storico e del lungomare. Stanze gradevoli, accoglienti e pulite; ottima colazione. Ma il punto di forza del Maison Degas è il personale che ci ha accompagnato dalla prenotazione al termine del soggiorno con estrema gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità come mai trovate prima. Un grazie caloroso a Roberta, Antonio e Nicola. Siamo determinati a tornare presto e soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora nella stessa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e la posizione centrale della struttura ci ha permesso di sfruttare al massimo il tempo disponibile, ottima l'accoglienza, gentile e preparato il personale che ci ha consigliato cosa e come visitare la città. Luogo perfetto per chi vuole vivere l'esperienza di una vacanza a Napoli.

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro, personale gentilissimo e affabile, stanza pulita e confortevole. Unici due difetti che abbassano il rapporto qualità-prezzo: la colazione (migliorabile) e la rumorosità, non tanto con l'esterno (seppur l'edifico si affacci su una piazza alquanto viva è provvisto di buoni infissi isolanti), quanto tra le varie camere e il corridoio (separati tra di loro da cartongesso).
