Very well located for Naples Central station and bus stop for the airport. Good communication by Marcello and a warm welcome by his wife. Good room with a balcony.

In the heart of Naples and close to the Metro system. We used it as a base to see the historical center and to easily travel from there to Pompeii/Ercolano. In general, remember to bring something to put in your ears for the night. The city center is noisy. Marcello is a nice and very helpful host. He sent many ideas for visiting nearby and he was very helpful in planning trips.

Marcello and Natasha were really accommodating. They provided instructions on how to enter their place with a video. Responsive when you message them. The place is near the train, bus, and airport.

Very lovely host, very clean rooms, rooms are cleaned every day. Coffee, water and tea included for make it yourself in the small kitchen area. Breakfast is served in cafe downstairs, very nice staff as well. No fruits or anything healthy available for breakfast, but I think cappuccino and croissant is just typical for Italy. No egg or vegetable, coffee was very good. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The property is in a strategic location if you want to explore Naples on foot to get lost in the magic of this city! But at the same time, it is situated in a strategic location for public transport. In a revitalized and safe Piazza Garibaldi, it has all the services at hand: from the bar where you can have breakfast to the restaurant Attanasio, recommended by Marcello, where you eat well with friendly staff. The property, although located in a central position, is extremely quiet and welcoming. I was welcomed and greeted by Marcello's wife, whose name I now realize I don't know, but with whom I had an extremely pleasant chat... In short, I found my Neapolitan home! Thank you to Marcello and his wife for everything, with great affection until next time!

We had a great time, my wife Maria Luisa Fiorini and my two friends (rooms 2 and 3). From the moment we were welcomed until our departure, Marcello and Natascia were very helpful and kind. Top location, rooms and bathroom okay, good breakfast. When we return to Naples, we will definitely book at this property.

The owners are very helpful and friendly. They gave me useful tips on what to see and a very useful map of Naples with the public transport network. The room was very clean, the structure seems recently renovated, there is everything, including free bottles of water available in the mini bar. The room is quiet, with a small balcony overlooking the street behind the building, while the access is on the central Garibaldi Square. Under the building, there is the bar where breakfast is served and a nice typical restaurant affiliated with the B&B. We had a really good time. Thank you Marcello.

Arriving in Naples by public transport, we found it very convenient to find the accommodation just a few steps from the bus terminal. It was then easy to reach the places to visit (we moved around on foot, but the metro is also within easy reach). On the last day, we were offered the opportunity to leave our luggage at the accommodation (our bus left at 5 pm and the accommodation must be vacated by 10/10:30); we were provided with service keys to access and retrieve the luggage. Comfortable bed. If we were to return to visit Naples, we would definitely use the B&B Anema&Core.

The B&B Anema&Core is well-kept and clean, offers all the main comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and modern furniture with a very comfortable bed. The location is strategic, just a few steps from the central station and the metro stop. The owners are very kind and helpful. At check-in, Marcello gave us two tickets, one for a free breakfast at the bar downstairs and one for a discount at the restaurant just a few steps from the accommodation. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant is highly recommended. I hope to come back soon, thank you!

Structure located in a strategic position for travels. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Marcello who meticulously illustrated all the services offered by the structure: fridge with reserved area, coffee machine with respective pods, kettle, and induction plate. Breakfast at the bar is always excellent every morning. Additionally, he gave me two discount vouchers for two restaurants, where I ate very well while saving money. The room with a balcony overlooking Vesuvius was greatly appreciated, both for its cleanliness and order, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Marcello and his wife are exceptional and very friendly people, I would describe them as better than certain friends. They welcome you with their hearts, we really miss their kindness and cordiality. They will always remain our reference point for future trips.
