Apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator (but this is not a problem at least for me, but I think it is right to emphasize it) tidy and clean. Only the essentials are really present, justifying the lower price compared to other facilities. Quiet, you can enjoy a good rest just a few steps from the center and close to the station. Good communication with the manager.

Close to the central station. Quiet apartment. An issue with the air conditioner was resolved quickly. The fridge is not suitable for cooling effectively.

Clean room, but it should be noted that it is on the third floor without an elevator! Additionally, double glazing on the windows would have made the room a bit more soundproof; the traffic, the urban cleanliness, and the bells would have been heard a bit less.
