7 districts is a family-run B&B is located in via Lama 130 Lama Taranto
The structure is typical of the rural landscape, completely renovated is situated in the center of Lama, a seaside tourist area well served by all services.

The three rooms:
BELLATRASE: double or twin and pouf-bed for any additional guest, relaxing light variable color, garden, exclusive use of fully furnished and equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals, electric espresso maker Bialetti, private bathroom with shower.

BATTAGLIA: double and single bed with garden, electric espresso maker Bialetti, relaxing light variable color, bathroom with shower, color therapy-radio-mp3.

CAPITIGNANO: single bed 1 ½ square, relaxing light variable color, small garden and a private bathroom with shower.

The room doors are equipped with electronic locks that open with badges dedicated that activate the electricity in the rooms except for the Capitignano room.

All have a private bathroom and a small garden for relaxing with table, chairs and umbrella.

The rooms are equipped with every comfort, you will find:
Trio of white towels.

Two pillows and crisp white linen,
Minibar, TV, kettle tea / coffee, hairdryer.

Electronic safe.

Intercom in the room.

Free Wi-Fi.

Courtesy set.

The rooms are all equipped with heating and air conditioning.

 
More information:
The room cleaning and reorganization takes place every day from 10 am to 00 excluding holidays.

The linen is every 3 days.

The linen is washed, sanitized and stretch at "BIO LAUNDRY H2O" with organic products.

Free bikes are available for rides
Behind request it provides for free: iron and ironing board, camping cot, pillow massager with rotating spheres and heating in order to receive a benefit for those who suffer from neck and back pain.

Please do not let strangers enter the premises.

Please respect the privacy of other guests by not turning up the volume of the TV and the radio.

The rules are those of common sense: avoid causing damage to property and people, avoid making noise during the hours of rest, from 23 h 00 to 8 h, 00 h and from 13 to 00 h 17, 00.

THE BREAKFAST
Breakfast can be served at the nearby bar at 30 meters from our B & B, or served in your room by calling the morning about 10 minutes before the Bar directly stating your name, the time and the room occupied.

Breakfast consists of: two hot / cold drinks with a wide selection and warm croissant; For other preferences please arrange directly with the Direction of the Bar.

In addition, the room will be provided free of charge, every day snacks consisting of: biscuits, cookies, small packs of chocolate, fruit jam, honey, butter, tea, chamomile tea, sugar, mineral water, fruit and holiday periods (Christmas juice, New Year, easter etc.) small prosecco.

Breakfast is served at the Elfa Rock Bar 50 meters from our B&B, sitting at the tables, indicating the name and the occupied room. Service time 07 30 - 10 30 The breakfast consists of: 1. Two drinks at your choice between:   Cappuccino   coffee espress   milk 2. A Sceta between a warm croissant, a donut. For other preferences please arrange directly to the bar staff. Furthermore, the following will be provided free of charge in the room every day: packaged croissants, coffee pods, biscuits, snacks, pretzels, small packs of Nutella, fruit jams, biscuits, tea, chamomile, sugar, mineral water and fruit juices.

We stayed in July 2023. We liked this B&B very much - clean, good coffee machine, in the center. We enjoyed small attentions - water bottles, biscuits, even fruit - very appreciated. It was really hot so we used the air conditioning, so it was very useful. There is also a small garden behind - it is great for relaxing. The breakfast is at a small cafe nearby, they have the best croissants with different fillings and a very kind bartender. We also enjoyed fresh fruit juice and kind advice. The owner helped us a lot - with renting a car, with small repairs. He is a very nice person - answered our questions quickly and speaks English well. The town is a bit small but we had 2 music concerts. Lama - the town is a bit far from Taranto, so we had to find a car to travel around. There is a local sea beach but it is a small one. Bonus - there are several restaurants with very tasty food and lots of choice. So it is a great place to taste Italian life and stay away from tourist noise.

I stayed with my family during this Christmas holiday period in the Battaglia room. We found ourselves very well, impeccable cleanliness, the host was very kind and helpful, chromotherapy in the bathroom and in the room, free Wi-Fi. I appreciated very much the fact that each apartment had a small garden with a table, chairs, umbrella or canopy to eat outside. New clothes drying rack with many clothespins (this was also very appreciated by me). In the room there is a kettle for herbal teas, coffee machine and cookies, jam, Nutella, etc. Nearby is a supermarket a few steps away, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer, etc. In short, we found ourselves very well.

Very pretty, cute and essential room, curated in every small detail in order to have everything even in a small space, having taken the single room, at hand. In the evening, during the cooler hours, there is the possibility to stay outside, having a small personal garden available, in a very quiet area. I felt at home. The owner is very helpful and friendly, a really nice person, as well as the lady who tidies up the rooms. Highly recommended place.

Well-kept structure, the room where I stayed was a small apartment, complete with all the amenities, I really appreciated the small garden that could be accessed directly from the room. Excellent value for money, I recommend it. I will consider it for my next holidays in Taranto.

I had the great pleasure of being a guest at this bed and breakfast and tried all the rooms at different times. Excellent structure where I stayed with my family for a week. About 5 km from Mariscuola, our center of interest, it allowed us to move easily to reach Taranto by car in a few minutes and from there around the splendid Puglia; very clean, well-finished structure and well maintained by Mr. Ezio full of suggestions and agreements with nearby businesses that brightened our vacation starting from the bar 20 meters away that offered us a delicious breakfast every morning. Very efficient air conditioning that allowed us to breathe during a scorching week. In short, we felt at home and surely when we return to Taranto we will try to stay again at '7 Contrade'.

I felt so good on a Saturday that I also booked for Valentine's Day. I know many bed and breakfasts in Taranto and for now I would put it in first place! For the beauty of the rooms, the tranquility of the place and last but not least... the availability of dear Ezio. We will definitely return.

We arrived in the San Vito area around 23:00 and the owner came to pick us up, very kind, friendly, and helpful. Clean and well-arranged accommodations. Everything in excellent condition and working, breakfast at the bar included. We will definitely come back, I recommend it to everyone.

The words to describe the 7 Contrade structure are absolutely positive. The accommodation is well furnished, brand new, and comfortable. The owners have paid great attention to detail in designing it, and the welcome they offer guests is excellent. The morning breakfast is provided by a great bar, abundant and tasty for a happy awakening. This B&B was the best structure where my boyfriend and I stayed. Melancholic to leave, we will return soon, happy to spend time again in a fabulous place. A stay with your partner in this structure is a gift to the couple, a fantastic opportunity to break the routine and fully relax.
