Great property located near the train station, easy to reach even on foot. In the vicinity there are all the useful places, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets. Very convenient for those who need to reach the university campus. Clean room, very kind and helpful owner. Very convenient remote check-in.

Very nice structure but the windows are old and cold and noise come in, moreover there are no mosquito nets. It is in a good location if it weren't for the excessive noise from the street.

The structure is not bad but it's not worth going back, icy water in the middle of the shower. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Comfortable and functional rooms. If there were a small fridge in each room and a coffee machine in the common area, it would be perfect.

We stayed one night at Casa Aurora B&B, we checked in remotely with the owner. The bathroom is small, as well as the shower. The air conditioner is very noisy. Everything else is ok.

Fantastic. I had a bit of difficulty finding the Casa Aurora B&B on Google Maps because the satellite marks it in a different place, but calling the staff who were very kind, they guided me step by step, comfortable room and close to the center. If I were to go back, I would choose this structure again!

We stayed only one night for the return of the holidays. The owner was very helpful and always available, he recommended the online booking that went smoothly, the cleanliness of the room was excellent as well as the available linen. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment, quite comfortable beds, the cot may be a bit too soft. Manager and parents are lovely. Breakfast may not be up to par. Not recommended for xxl people, because the shower is rather small. Very modern structure and floors. Overall very nice.

Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente! la camera anche se non molto spaziosa è curata bene; la doccia è veramente grande e comoda. Il gestore è una persona molto gentile e discreta! Mi è piaciuta l'idea di una macchinetta del caffè dentro ogni camera, la colazione non è abbondante ma so che come B&B non si possono usare dolci fatti in casa o cose non incartate; sono stata veramente bene e la posizione è strategica in quanto vicino sia all'università sia alla stazione. Gli unici punti un po' a sfavore sono la mancanza di un phon e un piccolo frigo in bar in camera (che a mio parere bisognerebbe aggiungere).

Ho pernottato per una sola notte in questo B&B per la prima volta per motivi di studio. La prima impressione è stata subito ottima, a partire dall'aiuto datomi dal proprietario per raggiungere il posto, visto che appunto non ero del luogo. Struttura nuovissima, stile moderno, ambiente riscaldato e accogliente con tutti comfort. Posizione strategica che consente di prendere il bus proprio appena usciti dal B&B per spostarsi ovunque. La cortesia di Fabio e sua mamma sono state davvero quella caratteristica in più che sicuramente mi farà tornare presto ! 10!10!10!

La struttura è nuovissima e ubicata in una posizione strategica, in quanto consente di raggiungere rapidamente a piedi sia la stazione ferroviaria, sia il campus universitario. La camera è accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita ed ordinata. La colazione è varia e riesce a soddisfare i vari gusti personali. Infine i gestori sono molto cortesi e disponibili.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte. Siamo stati benissimo. Camera ampia, linda, un insieme molto curato. In viaggio e reduci da soggiorni in hotels, abbiamo trovato un ambiente caloroso, caratterizzato dalla presenza di titolari giovani ed appassionati. Ci ha colpito la cura dei dettagli e la meticolosa pulizia: la doccia è il punto debole degli hotels, in questo caso la prova è superata in maniera eccellente. I nostri complimenti ed alla prossima volta.
