Small but nice. We booked the B&B as a stopover. Luca is very accommodating, the room is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. There were homemade cakes. There is a very good restaurant nearby. The proximity to the beach is perfect as well. We will book it again.

A very nice and family-friendly hotel in the heart of the city. Bus connections and the beach are nearby. The rooms are very clean and pleasantly furnished. We were very satisfied and can only recommend B&B Luca.

Luca is very kind and extremely accommodating. We were just passing through on a mountain trip, but the property is excellent for a seaside stay, as the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. If I were to return to that area, I would stay with Luca again.

La ringrazio per averci dato una valutazione superiore al 6, vorrei solo evidenziare che andrebbe considerato meglio il rapporto con il prezzo, aver pagato 52 euro una matrimoniale nel ponte del 2 giugno con le camere introvabili per manifestazioni sportive, dovrebbe abbassare un po le aspettative, tuttavia rispetto la sua recensione come è giusto che sia.

Very kind staff. Clean and very nice room. No problems during the night, I didn't hear any loud noises from outside and was able to sleep very well. Breakfast was well stocked and convenient having everything in the room. If I were to return, I would choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately, we only slept 1 night, but it was a surprise! A little paradise. We were amazed by the decor, breakfast, and small (but important) attentions to the guests. The owner was very kind. And if we are in the area, we will definitely return! I add info: to get to the beach, it's all straight on asphalt. Really convenient. And despite the highway bridge inside the BB, nothing could be heard.

The manager responds quickly, is very helpful and kind. On the first evening we had a small problem with the heating system, but he took care of it immediately. The breakfast is a bit sad: you find everything you need for a do-it-yourself in the room (coffee machine and pods, kettle, cappuccino machine, yogurt and packaged pastries). However, I think this is the option for winter and low season. In any case, the quality-price ratio is there.

I have to say that we found ourselves very well both for the convenient location for our needs and for the hospitality of the structure. Luca is a very helpful host. The rooms for two adults and a child are very nice and very comfortable, with many amenities, including a coffee machine, a kettle for tea, a refrigerator with some bottles of water, air conditioning, and even a small balcony. What can I say? Excellent. It is very quiet. The sea is just a few minutes away from the structure, so everything is very convenient. It will certainly be one of our top choices for the next trip.

For the little time I spent in the B&B Luca, just to take a shower and then quickly go out and come back late at night after a work dinner, I would say everything is ok. Privacy was ensured. I didn't meet the manager in person, but his collaborators. But otherwise everything's ok.

Wonderful stay. Beyond expectations. In a single room, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, super comfortable French bed, fridge, TV, coffee machine with excellent pods, kettle, private bathroom with every comfort and air conditioning. The welcoming structure, very well-kept. Close to the sea. Excellent breakfast, wonderful apple cake by sweet Morena, served with the attentive but elegantly discreet touch of Luca. René, absolutely special. Made my stay perfect every day. Perhaps needless to say that I will return. Thank you!

We chose this property for a week-long vacation. The property is located about 300 meters from the sea. The room is small but very cozy and comfortable with a new bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi, etc., nothing is missing. Cleanliness is guaranteed. Furthermore, attention to detail is evident. The breakfast is of high quality with homemade pastries and jams. Luca is very hospitable and available to make your stay pleasant. I highly recommend this property to those who choose to take a vacation or need to stay for work in Montesilvano or surroundings. I will come back!

Very helpful and friendly manager, room equipped with every comfort and super clean, bathroom in the room with great shower, the place is located 3 km from the highway entrance and 400 meters from the sea reachable on foot, but the best part is the super phenomenal and super comfortable bed. I recommend this B&B Luca to everyone!

Kindness and friendliness of the manager make you feel like you are part of the family or, as if you have known each other for a long time. Delightful and comfortable room, equipped with all the comforts. Everything needed for breakfast (coffee machine, milk, biscuits, and various sweets) is already available in the room for guests. The terrace outside is perfect for relaxing and getting some fresh air.

The choice of B&B Luca was evaluated based on what was proposed on the website. I must say that the place went well beyond expectations. Well-kept environment, meticulously detailed, very clean and served to the maximum (considering also the fact that a daily passage is made in the rooms with frequent linen change!). So, for the "structural" part, nothing to complain about. Added to this is the management part. Luca is a truly special person. He is an excellent host. Very professional and always concerned about the well-being of his customers. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Abruzzo.
