Rita is a very kind host! She made us feel at home and did all she could do to comfort us. Lovely and clean room with a view. Cosy common living room with small kitchen. Great place to start the Cammino dei Briganti.

SPEECHLESS. I wouldn't know how to describe the kindness and willingness of Rita and Alberto. They are exemplary hosts, always ready to help and always smiling - that's the difference when you do something with joy... afterwards you simply have friends. About the accommodation: everything is modern and newly done, decorated with style, nothing is missing actually, I felt at home... I will definitely come back, it's not even a question! Thank you so much Rita and Alberto, you are FAN-TAS-TIC!

Great choice! We stayed at this fantastic and quiet B&B at the start and return of the "Cammino dei Briganti". Alberto and Rita welcomed us with friendliness and warmth. The rooms are fantastic and decorated with great taste. The breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes and cookies. They also stored our e-bikes for a week. Highly recommended!

We were looking for accommodation to spend the Ferragosto holiday with relatives and we found a welcoming, clean house equipped with everything. We will remember the extreme friendliness of the managers, the breakfast, and the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom. We will return.

Very convenient location for those who want to follow the Briganti's path. Very kind the lady who manages the structure, very hospitable and helpful.

At the end of the Brigands' Path we stayed at the B&B 3 Cannelle and what can I say... a wonderful experience thanks to Mrs. Rita, a smiling, attentive, hospitable and very kind lady. We were able to park the car in the courtyard of the house. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Then we had a small sitting room and the kitchen at our disposal with a large dining table. The next morning we had a splendid and abundant breakfast with delicious cookies and jams. We all felt at ease, like being at our own home, ending the Brigands' Path in this way was superb. A heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Rita, for her hospitality and kindness. And we plan to come back! I found a very clean room decorated with taste, a comfortable bed, and a nice large shower. It is also possible to book a room with sauna and whirlpool bath. The highlight, however, is the great hospitality and kindness of the owners. Highly recommended!

The 3 Cannelle B&B embodies the essence of a B&B: contrary to the trend of recent years of renting anonymous apartments leaving guests to themselves, this B&B is located on the second floor of a large and spacious family house shared with the owners, who live on the ground floor. The separate entrance allows access to the B&B floor, which is very spacious and houses three rooms, a small living room with sofas, and a well-stocked large breakfast room (fridge, milk frother, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine). My room was very spacious, with exposed wooden ceiling, classic/shabby furniture, a splendid view from the window (you can see the train passing a hundred meters away) and a large bathroom with shower and bidet; there is also a fourth room with a modern style with infrared sauna, emotional shower, and jacuzzi, accessible from the back. Everything is located in Sante Marie, a well-kept and very quiet small village; only downside: the connections. For those coming by train, the nearest station is Tagliacozzo (5 minutes by car), but it's nothing that the owners' great availability can't solve. An extremely pleasant stay, made even more special by the desire for conviviality of Rita and Alberto, who told us about the territory, its history, its food (arrosticini!) and its wines, making us spend a very pleasant evening. In summary: great availability and welcome, excellent value for money, extremely clean and spacious structure. There is also a parking space inside the property, with a gate. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Rita and Alberto are very kind, welcoming, and caring (they drove us to Tagliacozzo by car so we could rest more in the morning... we were loaded with backpacks after the walk). Extremely clean property equipped with every comfort, breakfast in a reserved room with a buffet of local products. Beautiful view from the terrace. I definitely recommend a stop at 3 Cannelle.

We stayed at this beautiful 3 Cannelle B&B during the Cammino dei Briganti, the final stage on June 1st, and we were immediately enchanted by this magnificent 3 Cannelle B&B. The family that welcomed us is truly kind and professional. The rooms and services are impeccable and the price is completely justified and reasonable. Excellent breakfast with a sweet surprise for June 2nd, we thank you for all these things that you gave us at this 3 Cannelle B&B and we will carry them in our hearts along with the Abruzzese population of this area, from Luca Sabina Emiliano and Cinzia a huge thank you. Not being sure if I left a warm thank you to Mrs. Rita and her husband when I did the Brigands' Path, I write it now for safety, because the welcome and generosity shown by them have impressed both my daughter and me. \nIn reality we were guests on 22/7/19 and 29/7/19.

Wonderful weekend at the 3 Cannelle B&B! Enchanting place. We spent a beautiful weekend in the new room "La Fonte" taken care of in every detail. In the heart of Sante Marie 3 Cannelle B&B is 'a gem'. Comfortable and well-furnished rooms and excellent breakfast. Rita welcomes guests like friends and immediately puts them at ease. Stunning view of the mountains and excellent starting point for excursions. We will definitely come back.

I spent two nights at the Bed and Breakfast Le Tre Cannelle with a friend to embark on the path of the bandits. Rita and Alberto welcomed us like long-lost friends. We have just returned from the Bandits' Trail and stayed in Sante Marie at the 3 Cannelle B&B the first and last night of our trek. We were welcomed with professionalism and sweetness! Everything perfect: comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast (super!) with everything you could need and also excellent organization that allows you to move autonomously without time constraints, strategic location because you are already on the trail (and on the way back you avoid having to walk back up to Sante Marie). But the real strength is the welcome! Thank you for welcoming us with open arms and allowing us to live an unforgettable experience especially from a human point of view.

We stayed at Alberto and Rita's for two nights, well-kept, relaxing atmosphere, very friendly. Convenient location to visit the area and then take a trip to the Capital. We will gladly return.
