Francesco is very quick to reply and easy to deal with. The flat itself is very comfortable and cozy. The bed is clean and it is quiet - the two things I look out for the most. We actually booked this apartment now several times and also recommend it to our friends that travel to Florence. It is not in the touristic center so you get awesome restaurants for good prices and at the same time it's still not far from the attractions. For us it was perfect and we would definitely come back!

Apartamento súper súper acogedor, completamente equipado yen una zona muy florentina, cerca del centro pero muy tranquila. Hemos estado viviendo aquí 3 meses y todo estupendo. El anfitrión muy dispuesto a ayudar. 5 estrellas!

Appartamento funzionale a 2 passi dal centro, tranquillo e molto pulito. Parcheggio publico a 100m. Proprietario gentillissimo e molto disponibile.

Appartamento perfetto per ubicazione (in centro e vicino a tutti i maggiori luoghi di interesse), per la pulizia e per la disponibilità del gestore. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, la casa accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. Consigliata vivamente.

Ho soggiornato dal 13 al 17 agosto con marito e due figli e sicuramente non avrò dubbi nel ritornarci. Casa pulita e fornita di ogni comodità. In cucina ho trovato qualunque cosa potesse servirmi (come essere a casa propria). La casa è in una posizione strategica e l'auto non serve in nessun caso. In 10 minuti a piedi arrivi in centro (Ponte Vecchio), vicino casa c'è un minimarket e la fermata autobus (10 minuti di autobus e arrivi a piazzale Michelangelo e abbazia di san Miniato al Monte). Borgo san Frediano è stata inoltre una sorpresa, è ancora un quartiere non solo turistico ma anche da visitare: ci sono chiese fuori dai soliti giri turistici. Sicuramente da ritornare a Firenze, senza dubbio in questa casa.

Francesco sentito telefonicamente è apparso gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento silenzioso e molto pulito è sicuramente adatto per una tranquilla vacanza a Firenze.
